National Human Development Report Russian Federation: 2018

The Report considers the priority development issues in the context of the unfolding new technological revolution: the triad of "science, technology, innovation" (hereinafter - STI) as a tool for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, the relationship of human capital and scientific and technological progress, funding for research and development, promising technologies for the Russian economy, adaptation of international experience in the field of STI. В Докладе рассмотрены приоритетные вопросы развития в контексте разворачивающейся новой технологической революции: триада «наука, технологии, инновации» (далее — НТИ) как инструмент для реализации Целей устойчивого развития, взаимосвязь человеческого капитала и научно-технического прогресса, финансирование исследований и разработок, перспективные технологии для российской экономики, адаптация международного опыта в сфере НТИ.
