The inclusion of the Leave No One Behind (LNOB) principle in the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015 was a landmark decision. It seeks to ensure that the 2030 goals are achieved by all segments of society and that those furthest behind will be reached first. This requires a clear policy focus on the most deprived and marginalized.

This event – organized by Save The Children and UNDP – served a platform to explore how we can move from an inspiring promise to bring about lasting change. It will also consider which roles governments, international organizations and civil society need to play in delivering that change.
